” Hi Cathy, I was wondering if you knew that I use your product as my principal hand sanitiser whin I make cheese? I have been making all kinds of cheese and other dairy products for over 12 months and have found your sanitiser easy to use and, unlike others I have tried, it leaves the skin on my hands in good condition – no cracking or soreness. I also use it to sanitise some of my equipment that can’t be immersed in a chlorine bath, for example I rub it on the stem of my digital thermometer to sanitise it and if I am using shop bought milk or Lond Life milk, I use it to sanitise the openings before I pour from them. I also sanitise my hands before I turn my cheeses in my affinaging refrigerator, and have had no signs of yeast or other undesirable contamination. I have found that I use it regularly as a precaution now before I do any ordinary household cooking. I am most impressed and would recommend your product, in fact I have told quite a few people about it when I have been asked what I carry in my car for use when I travel.
